No, you can’t claim that second home as a primary residence
and park on the street! And the City would see increased revenue.
It will reduce carbon emissions by reducing drivers searching for parking.
What would it cost?
Nothing more to the city. A minimal fee paid by permit holders would enable administration of the program.
